Arrival in Belgrade. We will visit the House of Flowers (former Yugoslavian leader Josip Broz Tito`s memorial house). We are going to approach to the Belgrade- Mostar crossroads and from there pass though the wealthiest Belgrade area – Dedinje. Panoramic tour of The White palace in Dedinje district. The White Palace was commissioned by command of King Alexander I with his private funds as the residence for his sons Crown Prince Peter (the future King Peter II), Prince Tomislav and Prince Andrej. After Royal Palace we are going to pass near biggest stadiums in Eastern Europe. Continuing the tour, we find a beautiful park known as Karadjordje’s park and St. Sava’s Temple, it is the biggest orthodox temple in the Balkans. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight.

Tour begins in front of the Post Office where you will discover the history of this city, and then continues through Magistar’s Square, Gospodska Street and Masarik’s Square, down to the river, and numerous restaurants on the coast. The most special thing about this part of the city is spirit of taverns. You can feel it on every step and it leaves no one indifferent. Tour continues to the highest spot in Zemun, where you will enjoy breathtaking view of the whole city. Passing by Karamata’s house and Nikolajevska Church you will get to well-known ’’White Bear’’ – the oldest house in Zemun and the only preserved example of Balkan architecture in this part of the city. An inevitable spot of the tour is one of the most significant symbols of Zemun now days – Madlenianum. After visiting the gate of the old fortress road continues to Franciscan Monastery and St. John Church, to the Town park, Zemun gymnasium and the House of Aviation. While walking through Zemun you will walk through the history of the city. This is the story of cobble, quay, fishermen, the smell of the old and the new, the combination of incompatible. Free time for lunch. Departure for Kalmegdan and city center walking tour. We’ll pass by: residence of Princess Ljubica, Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel the Museum of the Serbian Orthodox Church, church St. Petka. Over the centuries Kalemegdan has changed its meaning and today is a museum of history of Belgrade. The tour continues at the end of lower town eastern wall, where the biggest and the best-preserved medieval tower of Belgrade Fortress is located. In the period of Ottoman Empire this tower served as a prison. Greek poet, patriot and supporter of the liberation of the Balkan people, Riga od Fere, left his life here. Belgrade Clock Tower is a tower above the city of Belgrade Fortress. It is one of the most significant and preserved sights of the city. After Kalamegdan we are going to the Knez Mihailova pedestrian street. It is the main pedestrian street in Belgrade and shopping center, protected by law as one of the oldest and most valuable landmarks of the city. It has a large number of impressive buildings and mansions built at the end of the 1870s, but also a plenty of up to time world leading fashion landmarks stores. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

We will pass by Patriarchy Residence,Karlovci’s Grammar School, Fountain ’’The Four Lions’’. Visiting Museum of Beekeeping and Wine Cellar“Zivanovic`.Sremski Karlovci is a small town situated on the slopes of Fruska gora, 57 kilometers from Belgrade. The baroque core contains many historical buildings, which strike with both their beauty and significance. Despite small number of inhabitants in this town, significance for Serbian history, culture and spirituality is huge. Rich in tradition, this is main destination for wine admirer. Free time for lunch. Departure for Novi Sad. Novi Sad is the capital of the northern Serbian province of Vojvodina and administrative centre of the South Backa District. The city is located on the border of Backa and Syrmia regions, on the banks of the Danube river and Danube-Tisa-Danube Canal, and facing the northern slopes of Fruska Gora mountain. We will visit Cathedral of St George. Petrovaradin fortress.It is located on the right bank of the river Danube, opposite to the city Centre. It was built between 1692 and 1790, according to the plan of the French architect Sebastian Voban. The fortress covers the area of 112 hectares and has 16 km of underground corridors on four levels (some of the corridors are supposed to lead under the river Danube). Departure for Belgrade. Visit to the Karadjordjevic Complex at hill of Oplenac which includes: St George Church, Peter`s House (family Karadjordjevic mausoleum), Karadjordje City with historical exhibition, Gallery in the Winegrower House. Free time for lunch. . Transfer further to the hotels in Belgrade. Overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from Belgrade to Smederevo. Smederevo fortress, a monumental building, the largest built in medieval Serbia, still dominates the city’s profile. The length of the Smederevo ramparts was towards the Danube 550, according to Jezava 400, and towards the land 502 meters. Power towers, 25, 6 in Mala and 19 in the City of Veliko, were distributed along the ramparts. In the Great City there was also a church whose foundations were discovered only in the early eighties of the 20th century. The Smederevo church of St. George, built between 1851 and 1855, is the first in a series of those done by Andrej Damjanov, a Neimar from Veles. The Smederevski orderers of the temple, as well as other notable objects in this city, wanted these buildings to be built on the reputation of Manasija. Continuation of the road to the Roman camp Viminacium. It was in the middle of the 1st century BC. as the camp of legion VII Claudia, Viminacium had, up to the end of the Empire, often played a crucial role in events significant for his survival. This position is also formalized by the assignment of the status of the municipium, under Hadrianus of the year 117, and the colony, 239th. under Gordian III, when he gets the right to mint his local money. During the Dynasty of the North, Viminacium experienced its greatest economic and cultural prosperity. Continue to the Silver Lake. It is 14 km long, with an average width of about 300 m. There used to be a sleeve of the Danube, and now it is closed by two dams. It is rich in fish (catfish, skewer, carp, amur …) and is mentioned in Ginis’s record book because the largest carp weighing about 44 kg was extracted from it. Continuint trip to Golubac. Walking through the complex of the Golubac fortress is a walk through time, because archaeologists have found the remains of five civilizations in this area. From the end of the Bronze Age 1,000 years before the new era, to the beginning of the 19th century. Transfer to Belgrade. Overnight.

Departure for one of the most beautiful and largest waterfalls in Serbia “Veliki buk”. Continue towards Monastery Manasija (1407-1418) which was the defendant of the despot of Stefan Lazarevic, born in a short silence of liberty, between the heavy defeat in Kosovo and the debt slavery. In the sacred space, the despot enclosed the church with high walls and even higher towers, where he worked at the far famous Resavska repetition school , and in the court shall be eaten with silverware. There is the entrance gate on one of its ends and on the other a small wooden church built in Russian style and dedicated to St. Sava. In the center there is a square with the ground made of wood and surrounded by authentic log cabins transported from regions in Serbia and Bosnia. Free time for lunch. Departure for Mokra Gora. Breakfast at the hotel. Travel to the archaeological site of Viminacium, where are remains of the capital of the Roman province of Upper Mezia and the Legion camp. The present discovery has confirmed the particular importance of Viminacium as the leading Roman metropolis on this part of the Danube limes. Visit to the locality where a skeleton mammoth found – “only” 5 million years old! Our trip continues toward Golubac. It is a medieval fortress, located in the National Park Đerdap, on the right bank of the Danube, 4 km downstream from today’s settlement. It is located on high cliffs, on the spot where the river narrows, at the entrance to the Đerdap gorge. Accommodation in hotel in Negotin. Overnight.

Breakfast. Driving to Monastery Žiča, an early 13th-century Serbian Orthodox monastery near Kraljevo, Serbia. The monastery, together with the Church of the Holy Dormition, was built by the first King of Serbia, Stefan the First-Crowned and the first Head of the Serbian Church, Saint Sava monastery of Zica in which seven Serbian kings were crowned. The monastery was founded by King Stefan Prvovencani, the First-Crowned, at early 13th century and received St. Sava as the first Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church in 1219. Visit to monastery Studenica –Stefan Nemanja founded monastery at the end of XII century. After visiting Žiča, we are going to continue our journey to Annunciation Monastery, one of ten monasteries located in Ovcar Kablar gorge. Departure for mountain Zlatibor. Check in to the hotel. After breakfast we are heading towards Mokra Gora and Emir Kusturicas village of Mećavnik and biggest attraction Šargan 8. It is narrow railway track that ones was link from Serbia to Bosnia and now this is touristic attraction. We will proceed our trip to Andrićgrad – also known as “ Stonetown“ – dedicated to our famous writer Ivo Andrić, Nobel prize winner. Construction of Andrictown started on 28th June 2011, and it was officially opened on 28th June 2014. From that day, every year on Serbian slava Vidovdan, Andrictown celebrates its anniversary. Back to Zlatibor. Free time. Overstay.

After breakfast we are heading towards mountain Zlatibor. First we are going to visit Memorial park from WW II – Šumarice in Kragujevac. After Kragujevac, we are passing through Ovčar – Kablar gorge, where we gone take a good look on this area from viewpoint on Kablar. Arriving in Zlatibor in early evening. Check in and free time. Overstay.
After breakfast we are going to see most interesting places on Zlatibor mountain. We are heading towards Museum and ethno village of Sirogojno. This is open air museum with presentation of life in this part of Balkan. Next to the Sirogojno is village Gostilje with beautiful waterfall. We will spend some time in Gostilje, take a few pictures and take little break. Then we are heading towards Mokra Gora and Emir Kusturica’s village of Mećavnik and biggest attraction Šargan 8. Šargan 8 is narrow track that one was link from Serbia to Bosnia and now this is touristic atraction. First we are going to the ride on Šargan 8 and after that we are heading to Mećavnik. Back to Zlatibor. Free time. Overstay.
After breakfast we are heading towards mountain Tara which is 30km far away from Zlatibor. First we will visit village Kremna that is on the way to the Tara. Visiting touristic center of mountain Tara, Mitrovac and Banjska stena viewpoint from where we will see Lake Perućac. Continuing to Foca – Drina rafing center. Guest Reception until 7 pm at Drina-Tara Rafting Center (recommended non obligatory hourly), located 18km from Foča, on the river bank. Accommodation in bungalows, free afternoon and evening. The Rafting Center has a nicely arranged playground for small football and volleyball, and a path with benches near the river. The entire complex is located on the coast, with a restaurant-terrace overhanging the river.
Dinner from 20h, hanging out with fire and music as desired. For dinner you will have the chance to try various specialties of this area, stored on the spot from fresh organic foods from the canyon environment and the canyon of Tara itself!
Breakfast up to 10h with specialties from this area that you have no chance to try anywhere else! Homemade ham, hot dumplings with kajmak, biscuits under the peas are just a small hint. After breakfast, guests with help of skipper guides choose rafting equipment, mandatory safety vest, helmet, neoprene suits, non-ophthalmic footwear, anoraks. Transport our field vehicles to Brstanovica – the starting point for rafting.
Before leaving skipper guides will be hosting a briefing that will guide guests through rowing techniques, sitting and boat behavior, behavior in various situations-short-rafting rafting! We go on rafting and within a few hours we go through the most attractive part of the canyon and river Tara for rafting. We go down waterfalls, wild springs, we stand for photography and swimming. After 25 kilometers of adrenaline and breath-taking nature, rafts come to our rafting center, below the restaurant terrace overhanging the river. We are waiting for hot water, shower and ready lunch. For lunch, we have a chance to try the specialties of this area, to start hot calf snacks, then lamb, jaretina, boiled veal, tasty vegetables under the sauce, salads, homemade pies under the sauce, barley, hot bread and more. After lunch, continue rafting to Foca or the end of the arrangement. Arrangement can be extended according to the needs of guests.
Dinner from 8 pm. After a strong lunch of mountain meat, for dinner we have grilled brown trout, baked potatoes and cream cheese, polenta, cheese spinach and meat pie, sour milk and the like. In our restaurant you can drink an extremely hot red wine from Imperial vineyards of Trebinje, our brandy of wild pears and all other drinks, juices and beer.
After breakfast we are heading towards Belgrade airport. Free time till the flight.

After breakfast, driving to Kragujevac where we will visit Memorial park Šumarice monument dedicated to WWII. After Kragujevac, continuing trip through Ovčar – Kablar gorge, where we will take a good look on this area from viewpoint on Kablar. Arriving to Zlatibor in early evening. Breakfast. Driving to Sirogojno, open air museum and ethno village with presentation of life in this part of Balkan. Next to the Sirogojno is village Gostilje with beautiful waterfall where we will enjoy in beatuful nature and take short rest. Then we are heading towards Mokra Gora and Emir Kusturicas village of Mećavnik and biggest attraction Šargan 8. It is narrow railway track that ones was link from Serbia to Bosnia and now this is touristic attraction. After the train ride we are going to Mećavnik. Back to Zlatibor. Frre time for walk. Breakfast. Driving towards mountain Tara which is 30km far away from Zlatibor. We will visit village Kremna that is on the way to the Tara. Visiting touristic center of mountain Tara, Mitrovac and Banjska stena viewpoint from where we can see Lake Perućac, little city of Perućac, Bosnian villages, etc… After this excursion we are heading back to Zlatibor. Visit Užice, town near Zlatibor in which the first liberated Republic was founded and Memorial center Kadinjača, memorial center dedicated to World War Two, which is on our way. Those two places have great historical value for Serbian history in World War II. Užice is administrative center of Zlatibor area, where we will also see fortress of Užice, city center, old bridge from where are organized jumps to river Đetinja. On this cultural highlights trip, we delve right into the country’s heart to uncover the diversity of the ‘real’ Serbia. This trip contrasts vibrant Belgrade and historic sites of Western Serbia with visits to archeological romans finds, wine cellars and traditional handcrafts, and monasteries, the stunning Devils Village and Resava Cave. There’s also plenty of opportunities to experience the warm and heart felt hospitality of the Serbian people as well as their delicious cuisine.
Arrival in Belgrade. We will visit the House of Flowers (former Yugoslavian leader Josip Broz Tito`s memorial house). We are going to approach to the Belgrade- Mostar crossroads and from there pass though the wealthiest Belgrade area – Dedinje. Panoramic tour of The White palace in Dedinje district. The White Palace was commissioned by command of King Alexander I with his private funds as the residence for his sons Crown Prince Peter (the future King Peter II), Prince Tomislav and Prince Andrej. After Royal Palace we are going to pass near biggest stadiums in Eastern Europe. Continuing the tour, we find a beautiful park known as Karadjordje’s park and St. Sava’s Temple, it is the biggest orthodox temple in the Balkans. Check-in at the hotel. Overnight.
Breakfast. Departure for Zemun tour. Tour begins in front of the Post Office where you will discover the history of this city, and then continues through Magistar’s Square, Gospodska Street and Masarik’s Square, down to the river, and numerous restaurants on the coast. The most special thing about this part of the city is spirit of taverns. You can feel it on every step and it leaves no one indifferent. Tour continues to the highest spot in Zemun, where you will enjoy breathtaking view of the whole city. Passing by Karamata’s house and Nikolajevska Church you will get to well-known ’’White Bear’’ – the oldest house in Zemun and the only preserved example of Balkan architecture in this part of the city. An inevitable spot of the tour is one of the most significant symbols of Zemun now days – Madlenianum. After visiting the gate of the old fortress road continues to Franciscan Monastery and St. John Church, to the Town park, Zemun gymnasium and the House of Aviation. While walking through Zemun you will walk through the history of the city. This is the story of cobble, quay, fishermen, the smell of the old and the new, the combination of incompatible. Free time for lunch (not included in price). Departure for Kalmegdan and city center walking tour. We’ll pass by: residence of Princess Ljubica, Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel the Museum of the Serbian Orthodox Church, church St. Petka. Over the centuries Kalemegdan has changed its meaning and today is a museum of history of Belgrade. The tour continues at the end of lower town eastern wall, where the biggest and the best-preserved medieval tower of Belgrade Fortress is located. In the period of Ottoman Empire this tower served as a prison. Greek poet, patriot and supporter of the liberation of the Balkan people, Riga od Fere, left his life here. Belgrade Clock Tower is a tower above the city of Belgrade Fortress. It is one of the most significant and preserved sights of the city. After Kalamegdan we are going to the Knez Mihailova pedestrian street. It is the main pedestrian street in Belgrade and shopping center, protected by law as one of the oldest and most valuable landmarks of the city. It has a large number of impressive buildings and mansions built at the end of the 1870s, but also a plenty of up to time world leading fashion landmarks stores. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel. Travel to Smederevo, Serbia’s medieval capital, before its fall under Turkish rule. The tour of Smederevo fortress, one of the largest medieval fortresses in Europe and one of the six most important fortresses on the Danube in our country. After the fortress tour, we will go to the archaeological site of Viminacijum, where are remains of the capital of the Roman province of Upper Mezia and the Legion camp. The present discovery has confirmed the particular importance of Viminacium as the leading Roman metropolis on this part of the Danube limes. Visit to the locality where a skeleton mammoth found – “only” 5 million years old! Continue trip toward Srebrno Jezero (Silver Lake) which is because of its remarkable beauty and size called the “Serbian Sea”. Free time for lunch at one of the many lakeside restaurants (not included in price). Our trip continues toward Golubski Grad or Golubac. It is a medieval fortress, located in the National Park Đerdap, on the right bank of the Danube, 4 km downstream from today’s settlement. It is located on high cliffs, on the spot where the river narrows, at the entrance to the Đerdasks gorge. Accommodation in hotel in Golubac or Veliko Gradiste. Overnight.
Breakfast. From Golupca we continue down the Danube main road and after half-driveway we arrive at Lepenski vir – the oldest organized settlement in Europe. The settlement originated sometime around 7000 BC and lasted until 4500 when the inhabitants of Lepenski vir went further into the world in search of larger areas of cultivation. The road leads us through Donji Milanovac to the most beautiful part of the Dwarf, where there are the small Mali and Veliki kazan. For those with a better physical condition, it is possible to go out to the Ploče viewpoint from which they provide the famous views on Đerdap, which have become the trademark of this climax. Continue toward Negotin. Optional – boat ride from Tekija to Kladovo, 2 h ride. Accommodation in hotel. Free time. Overnight.
Breakfast. Driving to Rajačke Pimnice is a unique architectural complex of wine cellars, dating from the mid 18th to the thirtieth years of the last century, when there were a total of 365. They are made of carved stone and logs. Two meters were fired in the ground so the temperature would vary slightly during the year. In this unique stone town, wine has always been inhabited.
Continue to Gamzigrad where Felix Romuliana archeological find is located. The remnants of Felix Romulian’s dazzling palaces and lava fountains point to the power of its builder, the Roman Emperor Gallery, buried on a hill above his home in today’s eastern Serbia. The monumental emperor palace of Felix Romuliana was created when the Roman emperor Gaj Valerija of the Maksimijan Gallery, in the end of his reign, decided to retire to the hometown. After Gamzigrad we will visit Manastery Temska which preserves the long tradition of making melts for various diseases. This tradition began after 1928 when its peace in the Temska Monastery was discovered by the Russian monks after the October Revolution. They also brought recipes for the preparation of various melodies. Since that time, until today, there has remained the chancellery of the traditional monastery of the Temska monastery. The church of the monastery is dedicated to St. George. The monastery was built during the reign of Emperor Dušan. Driving toward Pirot. Accommodation in hotel. Breakfast. We will visit the workshop for making the famous Pirot’s rug. During a visit you will see presentation, find out the meaning of pattern and have the opportunity to sit beside weavers and try to work with them. You will hear legends about Carpeting and markings Pirot rug. After 1 h we continue our journey to Kuršumlija and Djavolja Varoš (Devils village). This natural monument consists of two natural phenomena: earthy figures as specific forms of relief, which are very attractive in the area, and two sources of very acidic water with high mineralization. The attractiveness of the phenomenon is complemented by the natural ambience that surrounds the earthen characters with a subtle, almost mystical, and in a wider environment, vividly and tasteless. Not far from Devila Village is Prolom Spa where you can enjoy in natural beauties of colorful nature. Otional – lunch in one of restaurant with traditional Serbian cuisine. Breakfast. Driving to Ravanica Monastery – near Ćuprija. The monastery was erected at the end of the 14th century as the lordship of Prince Lazar Hrebeljanović. The monastery complex was made up of the main church devoted to the Resurrection of the Lord, concubines, pastries and other auxiliary promises, and is considered to be dangerous by the seven-towered ramparts. Continue the road to Resavska cave – a monument of nature, as a natural good of extraordinary significance, is among the most famous and the most spectacular speleological objects of Serbia, rich in variety of crystal ornaments (stalactites and stalagmites), and is over 2,800 meters deep. Departure to the “Vodopad” restaurant, located not far from the Resavska cave, at the foot of Mount Beljanica near Strmosten. Lunch at the restaurant (not included in price). After lunch, free activities and tour of one of the most beautiful and largest waterfalls in Serbia “Veliki buk”.
Continue towards Monastery Manasija (1407-1418) which was the defendant of the despot of Stefan Lazarevic, born in a short silence of liberty, between the heavy defeat in Kosovo and the debt slavery. In the sacred space, the despot enclosed the church with high walls and even higher towers, where he worked at the far famous Resavska repetition school. After Manasija, we are heading toward Belgrade. Accommodation in hotel. Overnight.

After breakfast departure from Novi Sad towards Fruška Gora, mountain 15 km away from Novi Sad. We will start our wine journey in Malo Hopovo where we will try the finest Fruška Gora wine in the beautiful ambient of a young but very dedicated Wine house „Deurić”. The Deurić winery is at an altitude of 250 meters. Its position is ideal for all grape varieties grown on the surface of 13.5 hectares, next to the apples that spread out at 90hectares. White grape varieties Rye Riesling, Sauvignon, Traminac, Shardonnay and Black Varieties of Probes, Merlot and Pinot Noir are the true combination of wine and every true wine lovers will be able to recognize their quality. We will pass through the vineyards, get a wine production plant and then, for the joy of all the gourmets and the gourmet, will sit in the „Vinkos house“ and enjoy the magical tastes of wine and local cuisine. Also, the Pudra House, which is part of our vineyards, will give us a very comprehensive impression of the winemaking Srem. After enjoying the wine in the afternoon, we are moving the way of the Sremski Karlovci where we will walk and enjoy the story of the history and spirituality of that small, but very nice town. After brekfast, departure for Belgrade. Belgrade is capital of Serbia and it is located 80 kilometers south from Novi Sad. First we gone visit city center: Knez Mihailova street (our main pedestrian street), Kalemegdan (Belgrade fortress) National Museum, National Theatre, Skadarlija (walk throw bohemian quarter). We gone visit Josip Broz Tito tomb and Museum of History of Yugoslavia. Optional time for lunch. After city center, visiting of Novi Beograd and confluense Sava and Danube, bigest park in Belgrade – Ušće and monument of Eternal Flame. Short visiting to Zemun and Gardoš. Zemun is small city next to Belgrade, but you can not find border, because this is one city now. Gardoš is wievpoint from where we can see Belgrade and Kalemegdan and almost all Belgrade. After visiting Belgrade, departure for Novi Sad. In Novi Sad we gone have free time for walk near Danube shore or to Petrovaradin.
After breakfast, departure for Subotica and Palić. SUBOTICA is the northernmost city in Serbia, it is located near the Hungarian border. For a short time it was the capital city of Serbia during the reign of self-proclaimed tzar Jovan Nenad. During it’s history the city name changed over 200 times. The city name has changed over the years because it has so many inhabitants that are have different ethnical background and all of them wrote about it in their language. LAKE PALIC is near Subotica. It is a part of protected area of nature park Palic. It offers it’s visitors different sport activities, bird watching, cycling, hikes, photo-safari, medicinal and mineral waters, etc. Upon arrival in Subotica there will be a walk around the center to see the sites (Town house, Synagogue, cathedral Saint Terazije, Serbian Orthodox church, Royal Palace, monument to the victims of fascism, monument to Tzar Jovan Nenad, monument to Saint Trinity). Free time. Next destination is Lake Palić. Free time for exploring and lunch. Also there is a possibility of visiting the zoo. After visitng of Subotica and Palić departure to Novi Sad. Free time. Overstay.
After breakfast departure for Nature Park Imperial Lake near Novi Sad. There we gone see variety of birds that are authentic in this area. We gone have nice walk throw nature with licensed nature guide and ride by boat. Nature park is half in swamp condition so we will use boats to see everything we need to see. After Nature park we are heading to village Beška on the shore of Danube. Optional lunch in fish restaurant Sidro ( Anchor). After Beška, we are visiting village Krčedin and Krčedin Ada on Danube shore. Also, nice little Vojvodina village. Original Germans lived there before I world war and II world war. Our visit is ending in Stari Slankamen, nice village in Danube shore. We can see and feel who people live in villages near Danube. Most of them are fisherman but there is also many other jobs near such big river. After Slankamen, departure to Novi Sad hotel. Overstay.
After breakfast departure to Sremska Mitrovica. Road takes us across Fruška Gora where we gone visit Monastery Novo Hopovo and Mala Remeta. Fruška Gora is also called Serbian Holly Mountain because there is almost 20 orthodox monastery. After visiting monasteries we are going to Sremska Mitrovica (Sirmium), ancient city in Serbia. In the period of the Roman Empire, ten (10) Roman emperors were born in Sirmium and the surrounding area, and eight others stayed in it during their reign (from several months to years) due to government duties or planning and conducting military campaigns. At least two emperors have died in the city since the outbreaks of plague. City was built in 4th century BC and it has a trace of Romans way of life in every corner. We will see many ancient traces in all city, including ruin Imperial Palace, that was the main building in town. Also, biggest Roman hippodrome outside of Italy is in Sremska Mitrovica, but unfortunately, it is deep underground. After visiting Sremska MItrovica we are heading back to Novi Sad.
After breakfast departure to Pančevo. Pančevo is city of great history. It lays on two rivers Tamiš and Danube. Because of his geographic and teritorial position, at the end of XIX and start of XX century, Pančevo was one of the richiest cities in this part of Europe. It had title Free Royal City. It had railroad to connect him with rest of Austria- Hungarian teritory and by rivers with all other parts of Europe. Beer distilery is one of the oldest in this part of Europe. Now, Pančevo is industrial town and there is a little traces that it was great town once upon a time. In Pančevo we will visit city center, orthodox church and catholic church Carlo Bromey, Slovakia evangelist church and most interesanting are lighthouses in spot where Tamis flows into Danube. After sightseeing of Pančevo, we are heading to Kovačica. Kovačića is village with Slovakia population and with most interesting history. Village is setlled in 1800 year, as border town. It was small village with serbian population and slovakian people are settled here. People of Kovačica are know by their painting. It is naive art and Kovacica is in the top og naive art in Europe. After Pančevo i Kovačica, we are going back to Novi Sad. Free time for walk. Overstay.
